Premiere Global Sports Names Joe Bennett New President & CEO


Chicago, IL (February 19, 2009) -- Premiere Global Sports is pleased to announce the hiring of Joe Bennett as President and CEO. Mr. Bennett is a veteran of the media industry with more than twenty-seven years of experience in business-to-business trade publishing and event management.

Mr. Bennett will join one of the fastest growing sports and entertainment marketing companies worldwide. "Premiere Global Sports is a great opportunity for me", said Mr. Bennett. Prior to joining Premiere Global Sports, Mr. Bennett had teamed up with Pfingsten Partners the private equity firm that owns Premiere Global Sports to start Pfingsten Publishing, L.L.C., a business-to-business media company. He served as the company's President since its inception in 1998. In this position, Mr. Bennett directed the senior management team relying on his extensive experience in marketing, sales and operations and oversaw the acquisition and integration of six strategic add-on companies. Pfingsten Publishing was sold in November 2006 and Mr. Bennett continued to serve as President of the company until joining Premiere Global Sports.
