Live Events NYC Collection Page Kicks Off with the Best Live Experiences for Tri-State Residents
Washington -- Finding exciting, premium entertainment options in and around the Big Apple just got easier with the launch of LivingSocial's Live Events collection. LivingSocial's Live Events provides exclusive access to exceptional entertainment offers and experiences at a great value. LivingSocial is working with world-renown organizations in the entertainment, music and sports industries to help members make a special event extraordinary. The New York Live Events collection complements collection pages launched in Los Angeles and Washington, DC earlier this year.
LivingSocial will work with Madison Square Garden (MSG) to provide premium offers, including unique ticket bundles and experiences for select sporting events. LivingSocial has also established a marketing partnership with MSG Sports to promote Live Events in New York to sports fans online. Additionally, LivingSocial will work with the Shubert Organization, which owns and operates Telecharge and 21 theatres in New York, Boston, Philadelphia and Washington, DC, to offer access to exhilarating theatrical performances.
"There's something special about the thrill of a live performance - be it a concert, sporting event or theatrical performance - that brings people together," said Alex Michael, General Manager for LivingSocial's Live Events. "With our Live Events offerings, LivingSocial will be the place consumers go to find consistently unique, exclusive events and experiences at a great value that get them out of the house and trying something new."
LivingSocial has also partnered with AEG, one of the leading sports and entertainment presenters in the world, to give fans the ability to purchase tickets to AEG events through LivingSocial, as well as special bundled AEG-LivingSocial packages to create unique, exclusive experiences held at AEG-owned venues.
The new Live Events collection page will also feature LivingSocial Adventures. These one-of-a-kind activities are fully curated, produced and hosted by LivingSocial staff.
Offers that will be available on the New York Live Events collection page include, but are not limited to:
-- Catalpa Music Festival, featuring the Black Keys and other artists -- $189 for weekend festival pass, round-trip ferry and merchandise credit
